If you know the battery is good, chances are you need to scope out your
regulator/rectifier (r/r). One of it's jobs is battery charging.
Examine the connector and the r/r, itself. Any sign of excess heat?
Melted/bubbly wires/plastic connectors? Burnt looking pins?

hook a volt meter to battery and see whats its charging at idle then rev it up to 3K and see what meter says. I bet the RR is craping out. Also make sure sure you dont have the factory RR on there( they have issues) up grade to a new style one. I wouldn't ride until you check them out. The RR can take out your stator and cost you more $$
