Default UGH Cant get the bike to start

Well this problem happened about a year ago after sitting for a day or two. Well I havent rode in about 2 weeks because of the weather. I go to start my bike and all it does is crank really fast. I thought maybe it was the battery so I fully charge it and tried again. Now it just cranks really fast, and still no turn over. I have tried a push start and still no go. I have noticed the red rev light stays on. I can get it to go off if I hit kill switch and hit it back. But then it just comes back on after a couple secs. I dont think this has anything to do with it. If you guys have any suggestions let me know. Its winter so it isnt a really big priority but I still would like to get it up and running.

If you tried to pop start it to no avail, then I would look elsewhere than the starter. Can you smell if its getting gas? If so, then start with a spark test and work backward from there!
