suspension adjustment question ~200 lbs
I know it's going to be different from person to person.. but I'm just hoping someone can offer some input as far as a place to start to how I should set up my suspension. I was pretty happy with where I had it at the beginning of last season, and since then i've gained a bit of weight and I'm just over 200 lbs. Anyone around my weight want to offer their settings that they're happy with so I have a place to start? Bike is an 04 600rr, pilot powers front and rear if that makes any difference.

Get it sprung correctly for you. Without the correct spring, you can't set the sag correctly. Without setting the sag correctly the suspension won't function in the optiminum area of stroke...
Start adjusting, But take notes of where your settings are now and keep fiddling with the adjusters, but TAKE NOTES so you can go back if you don't like something.

You might want to contact Race Tech they offer springs for your bike and you will be able to talk with them and with your weight, and riding style and terrain. They might be able to offer a few suggestions for spring rate on your fork and shock springs. Helps take some the guess work, but you still have to set your sag when you get then new springs! like Jason mentioned
