replace the chain if you don't want worn sprockets in 100 miles. if you don't, it'll be really chatty.

you'll need to determine your speed correction and install a Speedohealer brand speedometer calibrator. do not use the calculator on there, you need to determine your exact speed vs. your displayed speed. find a speed trap or a local police officer and ask him to laze you. determine your percentage difference and input that into the Speedohealer.

other than that, you're done. it's not really hard, unless you don't have the tools.

diffinelty replace the chain when replacing the sprockets, and vice versa. And one good thing to have is an impact wrench. And loosen all the nuts on the sprockets before removing anything. Use the rear brake to hold the tire/chain/and front sprocket in place and remove the front bolt with Impact wrench. TRUST ME!

I just turned over 11,000 miles and decided it was time to get the chain & sprockets replaced. The sprockets still look fine compared to new OEM ones, but it's usually a good idea to replace the sprockets and chain at the same time........therefore no premature wear on the chain and/or sprockets.

I just ordered a 520 conversion with stock gearing.....so I was told. Not sure what the hell that means, but it was cheaper than OEM sprockets and chain, and is a higher quality chain/sprocket set. Not sure if I'll feel a difference or not in performance.
