^^ defiantly, -1/+2 and a quick turn throttle will make that little f4i seem a whole lot meaner.

power mods would help also but you wouldn't get nearly as much bang for your buck.

as for needing an RR? i seriously doubt that most people on here ride to the limits of an f4i, let alone an RR, and you don't have to be dragging knee in every corner to deserve owning one.

do you need one? no, do you want one? sounds like it. I don't need my bike, but I sure as hell enjoy owning it.

Go with the RR - keep the F4i for your girlfriend

Honestly, at my skill level, I think it would be kind of wasted. I might get one in a few months though.

Power Commander is around $275, and a custom tune can vary depending on the place. Average is around $300.

Gearing change will also help the low end torque, yum!
