Default f4i handling upgrade 1000rr front 600rr rear

hi guys just finished this, its very diferent but amazingly good, i wasnt expecting it to be so much better, if i had known i would have done it a long time ago

01 f4i with 07cbr1000rr front end and 05cbr600rr rear end
there are plenty of write ups about the 600rr rear, the front was a bit of a pain but now i know what to do could do another in a few hours if there is enough ill do a small write up on the whole thing

Handling wise it's like a different bike, it is more stable through corners I can get lower and brake later with the front end, the whole bike feels more solid the wheelbase being longer means it takes more input to drop into corners super fast but it feels better, I can't say enough about how great it feels under heavy braking and then dropping into a corner, I was thinking of getting a new bike, not anymore!

And for stance it's about 1.5 inches lower at the front, about 2 inches longer and a tiny bit higher at the back

Thanks mate, I made the exhaust from a jardine can, if you want to know how let me know, you could make it from any brand that has a separate can and joiner pipe

If it's already a shorty then youve already done the hard part, you have to commit to it because when you cut down the joiner pipe that goes from the headers to the can, there's no going back if your really considering it I can take it off and get some pics for you and measurements it's not hard all you need is a hacksaw and know someone or a shop with a welder
