f4i handling upgrade 1000rr front 600rr rear
Yeah, you need the whole front end and the only modification that is needed (I found out the hard way) is you need to file down the steering stoppers by about 1/4 otherwise it has the turning circle of an oil tanker, you also need to use two 10mm
Spacers behind the key barrel to make the original work and look right but easily done

What about the clip ons?
I have SS brak lines, and a radial mount master cyl; unfortunately, I had issues wit the banjo bolt on the master cyl hitting the air intake cover (when turning the wheel to the right) or the brake lever (asv levers) hitting the fairing (when turning the wheel to the left)
Pic of my bike before ready for a track day (dont mind the crappy chinese fairings that cracked before they 100 miles!!)
I have most of the parts for the 600RR swingarm, might wait till the end of the season for that one...

Knonfs:
Firstly I love your bike we have similar taste, i didn't run
Into those problems but that would be because I used the f4i brake master and brake levers etc on aftermarket clipons, I used an extended banjo bolt off a 06 zx636 so I could run braided front lines,
I hope that helps if you want more detail
Or focused photos of the clipons I'm more than happy to help
