I never leave home without my tunes... I can steal hear cars, horns & other sounds you need to be aware of.

my joe rocket jacket has a pocket right inside the zipper for an mp3 with a small hole up near the neck for the headphones to come out. ive thought about trying my zune next time i take a long ride but i mostly just do shorter rides so i havent tried it. plus i like listening to the sound of my bike.

In California the law is that you can have a headphone in one ear only I believe...they may have changed it recently but I think it still holds water.
