Default Rideing to work.

I rode to work today and plan to tomorrow as well. I have to say it sure puts me in a better mood to start the day from hell LOL! Don't get me wrong I like to bring the car to work alot for the comfort, coffee and tunes, but rideing just makes the day better. I was out there on lunch just dusting off the wheels and looking at her. I so just want to get on and ride and never look back LOL! It's going to be a much better rush hour tonight since I have the bike, but that means I have to watch out for the dumb asses even more-Oh well it's worth it.

I rode today too....
[ol][*]Put on thermals[*]Put on jacket[*]Grab rucksack[*]Put tools in rucksack[*]Put lunch in rucksack[*]Push bike out of garage[*]Start bike[*]Put on lid[*]Strap lid[*]Adjust choke[*]Put on glasses[*]Pick up lens off ground[*]Unstrap lid[*]Take off lid[*]Shut off bike[*]Grab flashlight[*]Look for glasses screw[*]Grab spare glasses[*]Start bike[*]Put on lid[*]Put on spare glasses[*]Put on gloves[*]Take off[*]Pull over on highway[*]Strap helmet[/ol]The damn glasse threw off my pattern, never checked other systems before taking off.

Other than that, it was a decent ride. Plus ended up with a harley buddy with his triple headlights in my mirror. Because I ended up running so far behind...I got to use my integrated sunshade. Well worth the money.

Does make the day better. I just took an hour for lunch to hit some back roads. So damn nice today 69 degrees! Wish I didn't have to come back to work. Oh well I'll have to take the long way home.

What sucks for me is I need my truck for work. So I only get to ride the bike to work once or twice a month .

I've been riding to work for about a month now - kinda chilly most mornings but totally worth it during lunch and the ride home. I also only live 3 miles from the office so even in sub 30 degree weather it's only cold for a few minutes :-)

I rode to work today, I will again tomorrow, would have yesterday but had a seminar so I brought the Camaro out for the first time this year.

I ride my bike to work whenever I can, because in my Tahoe it's 2+ gallons a day where with the bike it's not even 1/2 gallon...saves me at least $6 a day, $30 for the whole week.

Bike will pay it self off in no time. Anyone wanna buy a nice Tahoe? lol
