Removing front rim

Default Removing front rim

i need help on how to remove my frontrim it had got warped during a wreck and im about to have it shipped off to get it repaired so that i can go to the track in July.also my back is under warranty so would Honda replace the rim

Your back what is under warranty? I dont get it...

Its easy.. just put the front on a stand, loosen the axle bolt, then loosen the axle holder nuts, and pull out the axle. If its coming off for a while drain the brakes and pull the calipers off, so that they dont lock down with no rotors in them.

no Honda wont replace your wheel, you warped, when you wrecked. +1 on what BV said, dunno about draining the brakes n removing the calipers, I never had a issue there but I dont know everything lol.

Honda replaced my front rim when I hit a pot hole and it was out of balance.

yeah when i got my bike they offered roadside service/tire replacement. They mentioned it didn't matter if you hit a pothole, run over a nail, or hit a lightpole.
