Do I need to remove the front wheel to remove the fender? I loosened the bolts on the fender but it wouldn't budge.

 

watch out for the small plastic clips that connect the front too the side fenders... you dont wanna break them. .

 

I've got an F3 and I'm not sure if the fender is attached the same or not. On mine I had to take an allen wrench and take out one screw on each side, then take a socket (I think 8mm) and take out two more screws. The two other screws also held on a bracket for the brake lines. Then the fender just lifted off. Hope that helps.
