Default Opinions on 2005 600RR

G'day fellas,

I'm new to this forum and looking at getting a new 2005 600RR at the end of this month. I'm after some genuine opinions on this bike.

Pro's, Con's?

I'm upgrading from an Aprilia RS125 which has been a fantastic bike. I've never ridden a mid-range sports before, I've ridden litre bikes such as the Aprilia RSV, Moto Guzzi Breva v11. But a mid-range seems more logical then a litre at the moment.

Cheers in advance.

Adam

3500 miles on my 05 in two months. Not a single problem and I ride none stop. Daily ride to work, errands and group ride so far up to 300 miles one way. The ride posture is a little steep, so for the most part a lay on the tank to relieve the stress from my palms and wrist.

I have had my Tribal for a little over three months. I bought it to get my riding legs back since it has been about 12 years since I have ridden street bikes. I have added the below listed mods under my name and have had no problems, no regrets only lots of fun. [8D]

I have about 3300 miles on my bike and I ride it often to work and ride two up with my wife a lot. I ride in all ranges of the bikes RPM's all the time and it just keeps on giving me more.

Cheers guys,

I'm looking forward to it. Some of the roads around my area are a blast, can't wait to take it through!

Cheers

I agree with Don that its a little steep for the wrtists, but since you've been ridin longer that I, you probably won't notice it. The seat does sometimes get a little hard on my dumper. But nothing that I'm not pleased about. Had mine for a little over 2 months and I've got just under 800 miles on it.
