Hotbodies Flushmount help
Need a little help...want to install HB flushmounts but am leary about doin' the work myself. Apparently I need to remove the mid fairings as well as the weather guard behind the upper fairing to get to the signals. How big a p.i.t.a. is this and can anyone point me in the direction of a how-to-web site that doesn't want a small fortune for info? Any help is appreciated....thanks.
its not bad.. but if you cant even take off a fairing then it is hard.... if u cant take off a fairing, then u shouldnt be riding anyways....
there is a youtube video on doing proton flush mounts which is done the same way,
go to youtube and look up 600rr flush mount

I installed my hotbodies flush mounts this past saturday on my 4fi.
The only p.i.t.a. for me was getting the fairing back on without pulling apart the electrical connectors. There was a lot of extra wiring from the hotbodies LED's, so I had to tape the excess to the fairing in order to get the fairing back on without catching them.
other than that ... piece of cake.
