Default Electrical Problems

Hello, I am new to this forum and new to owning a CBR...my first motorcycle infact. I purchased it about a month ago and tonight I started having some issues. I pulled up a little wheelie and came down sort of hard on the front end. Nothing crazy just popped it up a little bit but, when I came down my display, rpms, front center white led light, and the taillight all stopped working. When I pull either hand or foot brake it all lights up and shows me accurate speed but, the second I let go it dies. My brake light lights up ONLY when pulling the brakes but, not when riding. Turn siganls and headlights all work. Also when I am holding the brake in and the display is lite the check engine and the red box next to it are lit too. Has anyone had this problem or know what might be going on? Any help would be very much appreciated, Thanks!

Its an 2009 CBR 600rr with 5k on it btw.

Loose connection in the wiring - probably an earth wire to have all that go funny at once, or a multiplug has come unplugged.

Is there normal lifespan for fuses? Should I be checking mine also?

Not that I know of honestly ... they're just consumable items that go on the bike (like tires, oil, chain/sprockets, headlights ... stuff like that) ... but their lifespans vary depending on the fluctuation of voltage on the bike ... too much voltage and they pop (as I'm sure we all know) ... theoretically they could last for a very long time if the voltage stayed constant on all your electronics ...

Im hoping that it is only a loose connection but, I also noticed tonight when I got home that when I am taking off in first gear it feels like its almost bogging out, not sputtering but just not taking off as quick as it should. Almost as if the fuel injector isn't pumpin it in fast enough but, it only happens in 1st. Anyone know what that could be? I set up an appointment tomorrow at the powersports store across from my work. Ill let you guys know, thanks.
