Default Clutch slipping or rear tire breaking loose?

A couple times now I have hit the throttle at about 7 grand in 1st and nothing happened. The engine revs like I should either be doing a wheelie or taking off but the front doesn't even lift and I don't even speed up. The tire is new from what the dealer told me and I have felt it slide before. However when it revs the rear end feels fine.

Check out the clutch, the rear tire def. isn't spinning. if it was you would feel it move from side to side as it was spinning.

Almost definitley the clutch. Be CAREFUL with that. My old F3 had a slippery clutch, and it skipped like that on a turn, then caught and sent all the power to my rear, so I wiped out and threw the bike into a curb.
