Brake change....I've heard it's easy...should I do it on my own?

did my front n rears in about 20 minutes.

edited...yeah i dont own a front stand...the only means I have to hold the bike up is the kick stand

For the real wheel, doesn't the caliper just bolt to the swing arm? Why do you need to remove the wheel to change the pad?

Hmm...not sure. At 15,000 miles I haven't had to change any of my pads yet. I thought it'd be all mounted up to a bracket connected to the swingarm. I thought that bracket bolt was accessible only by taking the rear wheel off???
