Bike Wont Turn Over - Spark plugs?

So I went to look at the fuel pump and bent down and saw some wires on the rectifier were frayed. So I decided to trace back to the wire harness and that's when I noticed this:

I can only hope this is why everything is messed up.

did you disconnect the sensor in the front headlight cowl or when your took the Ram air ducts out. PM me and I will send you the Manual to help you with this issue

Yes, I did. I have the service manual, it's a photocopied version.
