whats up guys, I ordered a clear alternatives integrated tail light two days ago. I have yet to receive a email with a confirmation number or anything. I mean when ?I ordered my **** from fendereliminators.net and I know that the **** is on the way cause they emailed me. I haven't got anything concerning my order from clear alternatives...Has anyone ever had this problem with them? I've sent to emails about my order to them and they haven't responded. I don't know if I'm paranoid or what but wouldn't you be dissappointed too? Let me know whats up guys... Thanks "FastEddie"

 

agree... it's bad business to leave a customer wondering about his order. A simple reply within a day should be standard; at least letting them know the order was received. I have not ordered from them, but most companies do not share our views on ordering items. I wouldn't really worry until about 5 working days.

 

I ordered clear alternatives and don't remember if they sent a notice or not. Got my light quicker than expected. Do what DC suggests and wait out the 5 bidness days before you spaz.

 

actually a few months ago i ordered a fender removal kit for my bike and didnt get any conformation, but I still did get my parts, took a bit, but they did come....hope that helped -ONE-
