Does the '07 fuel gauge stay on when you guys shut down and remove the key?

I was also wondering how accurate you think it is?

 

It's accurate enough. I get about 50-60 miles before the guage starts to go down.... another 60 or so miles and the guage will start blinking, letting me know I'm on reserve (I've got about a gallon left). Works hella better than a "light".
