yea i can hear the fuel pumpgo. i changed the spark plugs and still nothing. does the same thing. might just have to take it to the dealer. called them to ask and they didnt have any ideas. anyone else have any idea what it might be??

 

I had a simialar problem once.....I was fussing around taking crap off and removed my exhaust just had to hear it w/o....well ended up fouling 2 plugs and flooded engine really bad....after trying the flooede engine start over and over I thought I was going ot run down my battery. It finally kicked through. I did change all plugs and made sure plent of fuel, when I talked with friends they said here in WI they DO NOT store bike with empy tank and DO NOT start up just for a quickeee in the middle of winter. The pipe, engine..etc...heat up and then you shut it off and it sets there sweating (condesate) in your garage at MINUS 20...so from then on out I have never down anything except trickle charge and full of fule B4 winter. If you dont smell the gas (should be strong) it should be something elect (fuel pump etc) good luck riding season almost here!!!

 

well i just got it back from the dealer today and i thought i would let you guys know that i had a bad connection with my wax value. it wasnt to expensive thank god

Okay I must have missed someing in shop class and human anatomy the hell is a wax value and OMG im gonna start looking for a cooter valve next time me and the woman are having the sexy time.

EDIT- Haha I must suck at life couldn't spell cooter right the first time .

 

i was lost when the dealer was telling me about it, its by the radiator. my bike wouldnt idle. it was a bad connection
