Doubtful, even with rejet and tune, you're probably looking at 2-3 HP gain, if you're lucky. The biggest benefit to swapping cans is changing the tone and volume of the exhaust.

Also the hanger for the muffler does not line up.

the headers are pretty much the same. not worth while unless your doing the spilt seat swap.
