Default ignition switch swap?
will a f3 ignition switch work on a f4?

no. there different the F3 is pretty much a F2. were as the F4 was a complete new bike. I honeslty don't think there is a part on a f3 that will bolt on to a F4.

but I'm sure there is a way to rig something up.
