Suggestions on sliders
Hello Everyone,
So my name is Mike and I suck at turning right especially in slow turns where handle bars need to be locked to the right. I have looked it up and seen that it is a common issue. Well first thing I did when I got my bike was practice figure 8's and I went down at 2mph. I broke the passenger mirror and that was it I was very lucky. But seeing my bike down on the concentrate made me sad. I want to get sliders just in case because I have lots more practice to do with my figure 8's. I want to find a pair that I can just thread somewhere on the bike and be done my bike is missing all the lower fairings btw.

R&g crash sliders. Saved my bike from damage when I dropped it in the garage. Screw on ones that attach to the rear fairing bolt wont be much help in a crash mind... you want the ones that need the fairings drilled. Not a problen for you with no fairings though!
Depends on how much protection you want. If you want serious protection look into stunted crash cages like Honda F4I / F4 Crash Cage [Honda F4I / F4 Crash Cage] - $244.99 : Sick Innovations - sportbike stunt parts, sportbike aftermarket parts, stunt cages, crash cages, rearsets, subframe cage, motorcycle stunts, engine cage, stunt pegs, round bars, 12 bar (I've not used that one, nor do I necessarily recommend it, just look at that style).
For less protection, but also less cost I can't recommend Woodcraft enough (Honda CBR600F4/F4i - all - www.woodcraft-cfm.com note, pucks are separate) .
In general, more protection = more cost. There are of course exceptions.

Woodcraft hands down, I've ran them for a number of years now, I've seen them save a bike in a crash and they are amazing. My friend had a horrible crash and other than the entire front end missing there was no damage to the side or rear fairings, there was small rash on the right crankcase cover but it did not wear through so the internals were saved. One slider puck was worn half way through and one of the mounting bolts was bent. The puck was $15 and bolt $2; so I stand by woodcraft 100%. I have used the standard size pucks, however I have now switched to the short pucks (the middle option) and they fit well with the fairings. For Mirrors Emgo makes good mirrors that are strong like the OEM ones, they look just like them and they are a fraction of the cost.

That just scared me I don't need them right now than lol. Because I just want to practice figure 8's
Maybe you want a roll cage for your engine like the stunters!

That was because it was most likely a no-cut sliders, Stay far away from them as most of the time they cause more damage than having none at all.
