I didn't use a vac tube when I cleaned my carbs. I just poured some Seafoam into a little spray bottle and squirted it directly in with the engine running while I had my air box off the clean the filter. I was careful to squirt just enough that it would bog a little for a few passes so I could get a feel for how much it would take to kill the engine, then upped the sprays until the engine died. 15 minutes later, everything went as it should.
Might wanna ride it around a little afterward just to clean everything out before storage.

Also, isn't F4i fuel injected?

With the air filter removed, you can see right down the throttle bodies. You don't need to take the whole air box off, just the top and then remove the filter. I squirted it directly into the throttle bodies.
