Seafoam
This is the saloon so thing may not be what they appear to be. I was waiting to see how many fish I could hook but not a nibble.
A freeze plug let go in my car and dumped coolant in my oil. The foamy mixture is everywhere. I am hoping the Seafoam will get thing back to normal in the crank case. Most of the water will evaporate and get sucked in the crank ventilation system (PCV-intake). It's all back together with 100 mile on her now.
I have been working on my son's car a bunch. I finished with that and my oldest daughter's car blew a break line. A week after fixing the break line she took it down for the yearly inspection and she had a broken coil spring so it would not pass. The weather got good again so I replace both struts, springs, rotors and pads up front (in other words, everything attached to the car except the wheels and tires). The weather got bad again so I couldn't work on my car again. Finally a break in the weather and I got up early and started working on my car. With 1 hour of work left I finished in the pouring rain and got soaked.
I finally got all cars working.....NO WAIT....my younger daughter called last night. She hit a deer and has to climb over the shifter to get in and out of her car. She is coming over tomorrow so that I can work on it.
I figure that when I'm done with her car, my son's car is due for something to brake again.
People have asked me if I am running a garage or some kind of service. <--seriously-more than once.
But, NO..don't dump Seafoam in your crank unless you have my kind of problems.
