ok question for the experts, im tearing my bike down to do some work and a tune up on it and in the air filter housing are these two little filters that just crumbled in my hand....any idea on what they are, how i replace them and if i need them at all????

next question...anyone heard of a radiater resouvoir melting and what would cause this
