Default Loose chain

Bought a 99 f4, chain is pretty loud "loose" and i looked down and its still in the "new zone", 11k miles. Is there a writeup on how to adjust this lil guy

loosen the rear axle bolt a few turns, tighten or loosen the adjustment bolt (the bolt near that "new" gauge), make sure its at the same position on theother side of the wheel, tighten everything to, i think it was 68 lbs.
