Default F4 Oil Filter

Does anyone know if wall-mart or kmart sells Oil filters for 2000 F4?
I can't seem to find the model number for replacement in the user manual.
THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes but don't buy it there. They sell Fram and the Fram filters for our bikes have been reported to cause engine failure. Go to your local Advance Auto or similar and pick up one of these. http://motorcycleinfo.calsci.com/FilterXRef.html Ours is #5 so scroll down and there is a list of all the part number correlating to brand. I carry a copy in my wallet.

I just spent 17 bucks CDN at Carter in Vancouver on my new filter. It's the same filter they'll sell you for almost every recent Honda bike. Honda's gone to a simpler, 'one filter for all' model which makes this process ridiculously easy. Sure you can tell me all about how certain filters do and don't do whatever.. but at the end of the day, it's just an oil filter.
