hi..i had a very good exhaust for my bike..lots of noise..very cool. but after i gave for first
servicing..the noise kind of reduced? is this possible? or may i just not hearing the loud roar
anymore? i gave it to the authorized Honda dealer for a regular servicing (engine and brake oil
change, maybe the filter too.) so is it possible they would have done something to make the
noise less? just had this doubt..

The only thing I could imagine is that your exhaust could have possibly losstened up and they bolted it back which would reduce your exhaust noise. Im just guessing here as you know.

When I first put on my exhuast it sounded loud to me, now I hardly even notice.

 

exactly! i think its in my mind now. i had a 250zzr and at the time of buying i thought it made a lot of noise.after a few days i realised my 3 year old son could make noise louder than the bike! i guess now i have cb4600f, i guess its i m just use to it since i heard other harleys making higher noise than my bike so its actually in my mind coz i checked with the honda service guys and they said they dint even touch the exhaust..and besides..y would they??..nah..i guess its in the mind..thanx anyways. guys..
