Constant fuse blowing?
So i fixed my bike with regard to the rectifier being replaced.
I just realized my fan doesn't turn on because i noticed it over heating immensely when not moving.
I checked the fuse it was blown.
Put in a new fuse ... fuse blew like 2 mins later.
Put in a new fuse blew again.
So now I assume the wires from the fan are getting too hot or
maybe they're touching other wires?
I haven't had time to check yet but I was wondering what you all think
Now i've noticed the bike idle kinda rough
it'll somtimes drop to 1000 rpm with a 12-1500 rpm idle and when it does
and i give it gas the bike will hesitate.
Weird thing is that it only does it sometimes
It hasn't evr stalled b/c of this?

unplug the fan. Hot wire it and see if it comes on. The fan motor maybe worn out putting too much load on the electrical system. This will of course blow the fuse. It can also damage other electrical components till the fuse breaks the connection. Electrical issues can cause the bike to idle erradically.
