Ok well I recently got my bike running again, well... kinda...

When I try to start it, it starts then dies because the engine gets flooded with fuel... If I go full throttle it won't hold the revs Also, when I shut the bike off, I can hear the carbs fill up with fuel. There is gas coming out the JET NEEDLE/MIXTURE NEEDLE!! AFTER the bike is OFF

I cleaned the float side and the vacuum side of the carbs. What could be causing this?

Needle valves are crap or floats are damaged. You can hear the carbs fill with fuel? Like the pump is still running or you hear fluid trickling?
