did you have to lower the front end to mount the clip-ons above the triple tree?

Now while i'm waiting for parts i'm going to start working on my race plastics.. they are pretty beat up.

ok first you will need a tip

now some epoxy

and then a filler I use JB weld.

ok so what you want to do is find the cracks and cut into it with the tip.

now next you want to use the epoxy

and now use some sand paper about 40- 80 grit and sand down the epoxy once it's dry.

then use JB weld... little tip use bondo applier to limit the ammount of JB weld you have to sand.

I will take some more pictures tomorrow and update the progress...

I had to get custom spacers made for the 1000rr rear rim to fit.. I talked with a few shops and had one make a spacer so my 600rr swing arm axle could fit the 1k rim but... I don't like the spacers that was made so instead of keep paying people to make spacers I'm just going to use the 1k swing arm. So I'm taking the 05 1k swing arm I had getting it powder coated and install some new bearings. I hope this is all done before the 16th.. Wanna drive around on my birthday
