your 600RR...its makes more than 100 at the wheel. My 98 zx6r dyno'd 98.x at the wheel.I got in a drag race with a 600rr at Road America, and the way he left me behind in the straight sections was quite sobering....easy 10hp difference

sorry tostray off topichere....stock a 600rr averaged low to mid100....like 104. Pipe and PCIII (as this one was) and thats a 108-112 bike...
at 7 lbs per hp....4hp is notmuch...that weight difference impact diminishes with speed...and this drag race started at 80mph...I am not a big guy so I am quite sure he weighed more than me as well....lastly, I had 10 mph on himas Ipassed him mid corner withmy motor on boil.....1 gear later he came buy me something feirce. Obviously gearing and so on comes into play, but we all generally run something similar on the track, and he was also outrunning me on top endeven when I pulled in to draft him....the 600RR is a nice ride....period.
Anyway, the F3 was not the horsepower king of the 600's all its years...but had a great usable curve. I hoping to see90-94 Hpout of my F3 project.

I didnt know it started at 80. I was thinking a deadstop "dragrace"where weight would be a factor at lower speeds.
Plus I didnt say a 600RR wasnt a nice bike, i'd like to own one!
