thought about doing it, but it will diminish the output of the light. not worth it imho. i have the tint sitting in a box under my bed. its a bitch to work with if the surface isnt almost 100% flat. I got the stuff off ebay, they make it look so easy to do in their video.

my 2 cents

well i know guys that smoke and tint their headlights all the time in the JDM scene so I don't think it would be that big of an issue----I've seen it on a bike and I don't think it'd be that crucial with using like a transparent red (hence using glass stain) If I try it out I'll take pics and let you guys know how well it works or not.

If it puts out a red looking light it may be illegal. I know here in Georgia you can't have any external lights that are Red, Blue or Orange (So you can't be confused with emergency vehicles). I've known people with HIDs that were really blue get tickets for that.

I've seen people put "Halo" lights that I believe put a glow of your color choice in your light. Not sure if it can work with a headlight running but seen them at bike nights. Here are some examples from a local bike night(Atlanta is the capital of Bling anyways)
