Im gonna try tinting the windscreen
I was gonna try to tint the windscreen with a tint spray made for model cars. http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/tes/tes2949.htm
I am hoping this works..... any tips for this and what would be the best thing to clean it with to make sure all the dirt and everything is off of it so the paint will stick good?
thanks

just clean it real good, and spray the underside, looks awesome, I did it in 10 min. You cannot see through it tho

RE: Im gonna try tinting the windscreen
I tried the model spray tint on a large heli canopy once (Yes I'm an R/C geek too)...it sucked. Showed every little mar and scratch. I'd recommend either painting the inside of the canopy or use another old modelling trick. That is to immerse the windscreen in a mix of Rit Dye and hot water (not boiling but almost). Let it sit and check every 15 mins until the desired tint is achieved. This was for Butyrate plastic. Not sure if it'll work for lexan or whatever our bikes use.
Give it whirl.
