I have a 95 cbr600f3 it runs good, spudders a little at idle and at high speed it just surges and won't accelerate, works fine up till like 3rd gear at high revs, I can't find any manuals to this bike online, and I don't want to hurt the bike so any help is appreciated on diagnosing or manuals, thanks.

Got it fixed, guy had taken the evap system off and didn't rehook the dai to the bike.
