Boggy F3
So I’m still at this 98 Smokin joe. I am finding it boggy in third, fourth and fifth.
I removed the air solenoid and it ran awesome for one ride, but then I noticed the idle was a bit high, so I turned the idle screw and it accidentally popped out! So I replaced it. Take it for a ride and it’s boggy again!
One good ride! I’m after dismantling this thing six times now, I cleaned the air filters, carbs, removed solenoid, cleaned air lines, still boggy. Now when I put it together last night I noticed fuel pump was upside down and vent was pointed up, not sure that makes a difference but I’ll put it back together tonight and try again! I really hate this bike at this point. I feel like emailing Honda and telling them to install snaps and clips or Velcro because you have to take the bikes apart so often
frustrated

Quick question, have you tried returning the idle ti where it was when it was a bit high and then riding it? If you do that and it returns to riding as you like that will be an indicator of where to troubleshoot.
