I have pulled the back fenders, seat, gas tank, side lower firings (both sides), air filter housing, solenoids, air intake, radiator, and valve cover (because my socket got stuck in the spar plug hole), and now I'm stuck.
don't have the right size socket to take the spark plugs out.

I can't get it until later since my boss owns me $$$$$$, he's not home, go figure. so im here till i get my tool. Bought the bike with no tool bag in the compartment.

Hope the plugs are the problem (99% positive), the bike was cranking but not starting after i left it on choke for few hours (shut off of course).
I think I flooded the plugs and than i had war sounds coming out of my pipe. The first back fire scared the crap out of me, lol.

I hope to have the bike together and running today. But if not, tomorrow is another day.

 

With the right size tool you can remove all four plugs through the openings left by only removing the the two small vents on either side of the fairing.to extract the plugs either get a socket with a rubber o ring made to pull plugs or just a small length of hose that will fit over the end of the plug. The first week I got my bike it was real cold and by to much choke and gas I fouled the plugs, Put a new set on and it fired right up. It was making the same sounds you are describing with the fouled plugs. For me when its cold it seems to start best by full choke no throttle and turning the idle adjuster about a half to full turn clockwise. Let it run with the choke on untill the idle increases (mine jumps up to4k) turn off the choke And sometimes if its real cold it takes a minute or two to smooth out. then drop the idle back down after riding a few miles or just hold the throttle a little open when stopping until it idles on its own.

 

dand a long curved needle nose plyers would of saved ya a lot of trouble.

well i got the new plugs in and the bike turnes but sounds like no fuel geting to the engine since its not trying to catch.

more figuring out what to do.

 

You could have your idle adjusted too high or possbly way too low. I was having troubles with mine after I changed out my plugs too. Unscrew the idle as far out as you can go without it coming off and slowly turn it like a half turn at a time untill it starts up. Choke on. Some engine starter fluid helps too

 

i have turned it down all the way and made one 1/2 turn and she fired up. adjusted the throttle to make her hum at 1200rpm warm/off choke and shes good to go.
