Sell or Fix oil leak first
I'm trying to decide on fixing a small leak or selling as-is and adjust the price.
What's causing the leak?....I replaced the oil pan a little while back. While tightening the bolts on the pan I snapped one nearly flush with the frame. I tried to remove the broken part of the bolt with an easy out....but broke off the bit inside the bolt.
The bike runs fine without this last bolt. My issue with trying to sell it, is when the bike sits it has a slow leak on the side of the bolt that isn't tightened.
Should I get a shop to fix this at most likely a premium....or sell it and adjust the price accordingly? And how much of a hit would this warrant?

Only you can answer that. Are you happy with the bike?
Generally speaking getting a broken bolt out of a non pressure, non high heat area is pretty straight forward. You wouldn't even need to take it to a motorcycle shop.
So the cost should be minimal.
