Default Replacing CBR F3 OEM R/R with GSXR R/R

Can anyone direct me to a link or post that has accurate and specific directions on installing a GSXR R/R on a CBR F3? I can't seem to find directions. I am pretty new to electrical issues and do not know where to start.

It seems like I will not be using the black clip/hub/connector. So do I cut that off on both ends and just hard wire everything together? And how did you guys mount the big *** GSXR R/R?

It is a 2002 GSXR 1000. 5 wire type.

Thank you! pics would be nice!

thanks hoot! R/R = rectifier / regulator. The motorcycle has a charging system composed of the R/R, Alternator, and Battery. The alternator is the electrical converter, R/R is the voltage regulator, and the battery is the battery =P

i found a wiring diagram but I wish there was a post with pictures on how they mounted. oh well i might have to make one!
