i have a 96 F3 just recently it is difficult to start my bike, when i use the choke it wont start at all. but when its off it'll start with a little throttle, when the bike is running it shoots out white smoke. also i have to use the throttle to keep it running otherwise just shuts off.

any ideas would be a great help thanks
