I just purchased a 97 f3, and the front end is off a 99, cbr 900. there are 2 headlights now instead of one. only one of the headlights works, and the guy i bought the bike from said that i just needed to splice some wires in order to make the newer style front headlights work. has anyone ever done this, and if so, how would i go about getting the second headlight to work? Thank you for the help!

 

just need to splice a new headlight wire harness into the old harness so they will both draw power off the same wires. They will both be on unless you wire it into a toggle because the F3 uses a dual filament bulb for high and low beam.
