Default headlight problems

I have an 01 f4i and my headlights arent working. Ive checked the relays between the lights, the fuses under the seat, and the switch, all are good. Is there a common problem with these or a hidden fuse/relay im not seeing?

Something wrong with the wiring in between then. Use a multimeter to try and track down where the power source ends, then check out the wiring in between. Could have some crap in the plug, could have a sliced wire...

Thanks man, its been a while since ive been on here but i figured it out. This may be helpful to others. The headlights are wired into the start button, that makes the lights cut off when you push the start button. Seems kinda far fetched but thats where the problem was, a little wire came unsoldered right on top of the start button.

That makes sense. I assume the start button is a double throw (meaning it has two sets of switches that it moves), one of them is a normal momentary for the starter, and the other is a normally closed to shut the headlights off when starting. Glad you found your problem
