Fusebox is under the seat, under the ECU.

I know you probably checked this, but sometimes the most obvious thing gets overlooked... Is the general headlight switch (under the engine start/stop switch) turned on?

dannutz: headlight switch? i think all bikes after 1964 have headlights thatcome onautomatically when the key is turned to "on". something like that.

f4ijosh yes the fuel pump comes on the bike runs. it just runs w/o headlights.

you should be able to just look at the fuse and tell wether it is or not, if the metal under the plastic is still touching then the fuse should be fine, i had a problem like that with my horn then i put a little bigger fuse it and it worked just fine

I'm pretty sure I have a switch located just below the engine start/stop switch which I can use to turn the headlights on and off. Doesn't everybody? Wtf?

Ok so I checked the user manual and there is nothing about a headlight switch. I have a switch just below the engine stop switch and above the start button. Maybe it's an european thing. Dunno.

Yeah, at least on mine (US model) theres no on/off switch for the headlights. Just the high/low beam. I think Ace_f4i is right about the headlights coming on automatically. It was even that way back on my 1976 CB360T. I'm not sure if it's a law here though.
