Hard to start cold
Never had a carbureted street bike, the Fi on my dads zx6 must have spoiled me. It seems to take a couple of minutes of thumbing the starter to get it to fire and then it almost seems like its running on one or two cylinders with the others firing eventually (when it seems that another starts to fire the rpms raise and I have to turn the idle down), took about two minutes to run smooth earlier today at 45 degrees. After it warms up it start right up and sounds right immediately. Is this normal. And how do you all recommend that a cold starting procedure go. Thanks
