Got a F3! Can't get neutral? Key wont Turn??

Put spome fresh 10-W40 synthetic oil in there. Also check the bolts that mount the kickstand on the bike. I actually had to grind mine down to get the shifting rod to not rub on it. Shifted fine after that. As for the ignition my 95 cbr does the same thing. I just have to pull the handlebars to the right a bit and the key will turn to the on position.
