Ok, here's the thing. Bike has battery power: 11.6V, but when I hit the starter button, it only draws .1V and doesn't crank. I THINK it's wiring, but is there any other ideas?

 

11.6 seems kinda low... get a trickle charger.. about one amp or 2.. and charge it specified by the lable on the battery.. after that.. it should crank over.. my bike does the same thing.. i need at least 12.3 to crank the motor
