Priming but not cranking
Hi guys, need your help again please....
I just finished doing my valve clearance adjustment. When I tried to start the bike, it cranked like one/half cycle very slowly and then the fuel pump prime again.
The headlight, turn signal, horn, all working properly. The gear was in neutral. The kill switch is on. No FI lights
Could this be the battery? Is it possible that the battery can power headlights, horn etc, but not enough voltage to crank the engine?
Or can this be engine issue? As this was my first time doing something as big as valve clearance, I was just worry that I messed up with the placement of camshaft or anything, but as far as I check it with the manual, it's all good. I checked the timing and the rotation, it circled OK. Anyway, even if I miss one tooth, the engine will still turn over, right?
I attached pic of the camshaft timing placement before I closed the head cover just for reference.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

As Demon suggested, you might try rotating it manually to make sure there's not something bound up.

Updated:
@74demon Tried to rotate it from the timing rotor hole (bottom right), nothing stuck.
There was something tho, after every 2 circles or so, i heard a faint flow of liquid (or something like that) inside the crankcase.
I tried using jump start battery, still won't do.
When I did manual adjustment, I remember turned the timing counterclockwise but no more than 180 degree to get the IN and EX marks level. Could this cause such big problem like this?
