Default Bike won't go past 6k rpm

Hey guys, got a question for ya.

I just got my bike out of the garage where it's been sitting all winter and I cleaned and oiled the air filter (K&N) which required me to remove the gas tank, then I got it all back together and it started right up on its own.

She runs totally fine under 6k rpm, but once you get up to 6k it sputters/bogs a bit and will not go any higher.

It doesn't die or anything, just refuses to go over 6k rpm.

**EDIT: Nevermind, fixed it.

After I reinstalled the gas tank I forgot to reroute the drain hose properly, so instead of it pointing straight down towards the ground, it was curved and pointing up. Talk about the dumbest cause of a problem ever.
