I find that the current location of the grips etc very hard on the wrists. Is there any aftermarket clip ons or such to help with this? Im also finding a lot of vibration in the bars are there different weights or is that normal on this bike 95cbr?

 

no sure about the bars.
as for the vibration, do you have those cheap aluminum bar ends off ebay?
if so, get some OEM ends, i had the cheap ones off ebay, then got some that are actually a little heavier than OEM and it cut down the vibration in the bars quite a bit.
